Barre Basics
Barre Basics is a foundational class designed to introduce you to the core principles of barre fitness in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. This low-impact workout focuses on proper alignment, posture, and technique, using small, controlled movements to engage and strengthen key muscle groups.Whether you’re new to barre or returning to basics, Barre Basics helps build a strong foundation for more advanced classes while delivering an effective full body workout.

Barre B.I.I.T. “Barre Intensity Interval Training”
Barre Intensity Interval Training is a high-energy fitness class that blends the precision and form of traditional barre exercises with the heart-pumping pace of interval training. It combines small isometric movements, functional strength exercises, and cardiovascular intervals to create a full-body workout that improves muscular endurance, core strength, flexibility, and aerobic capacity. B.I.I.T. is ideal for those looking for a dynamic class that tones the body and boosts cardiovascular fitness without sacrificing the grace and control of traditional barre.

Pilates Yoga Fusion- This energizing class combines the deep stretches and breathwork of yoga with the isolated strength-building movements of Pilates. You’ll activate your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility... All while moving mindfully and staying connected to your breath. A great way to build strength and ease at the same time. All levels welcome.

(Warm) Pilates Yoga for Healthy Spine-
This fusion class blends the mindful movement of yoga with the core-strengthening and alignment practices of Pilates. Designed to support healthy posture and a supple spine, we’ll move slowly and intentionally—focusing on breath, stability, and mobility. Perfect for those looking to strengthen their core, ease back tension, and improve balance without strain. No experience needed—this is a welcoming practice for all levels.

Tone & Flow- Flow through an energizing yoga practice that builds strength, balance, and inner focus. This dynamic class combines yoga with light hand weights and core-strengthening movements to tone and awaken the whole body.
We'll finish with a short grounding meditation to leave you with a grounded and energized body, mind, and spirit.
